Quick History: Taco Bell first started out in 1962. It has grown a great deal since that time. It has over 7,000 locations within the United States. It is still in operation as of October of 2022.
Note: The Version 1 village is actually the HO size for a train set and Version 2 is an O scale for train sets. However, many village collectors add these pieces into their villages because they are close in scale to some other brands of Christmas villages.

Quick History: Target the company first started out in 1962. It operates over 2000 stores across the United States as of October of 2025.

Quick History: Texaco the company first started out in 1902. It would grow to a very large company selling and producing gasoline. It has many gas stations throughout the United States as of December of 2021.

Texas Tavern:
Quick History: Texas Tavern first opened their doors in the year 1930. Even though it is called the Texas Tavern, this company is actually located in Roanoke, Virginia.

The Jug:
Quick History: The Jug was a real place. I had a really hard time finding any sort of information about this company. So, I am unsure if this company is still in business or what type of business it did. However, it looks like a restaurant or general store of some sorts.

Tim Hortons:
Quick History: Tim Hortons was first started in the year 1964 In Hamilton, Ontario by Canadian ice hockey player Tim Horton and Jim Charade. Since that time in 1964 the company has grown to have over 5,700 locations in 13 countries. The company is still in business as of October of 2024.

Toed Inn Diner:
Quick History: Toed Inn Diner was a real place that was located in Santa Monica. This location opened in 1938. Toed Inn is no longer in business and I have no idea when this company closed it's doors.
ToonTown Five and Dime:
Quick History: I have to be honest and say that I was surprised when I found out that ToonTown was indeed a real place. This place is located in Disneyland in California.
Toys R Us:
Quick History: Toys R Us was indeed a real place. It did go out of business but there is an effort of bringing this company back under new ownership as of October of 2022.

Trios Di Tuscanos:
Quick History: Trios Di Tuscanos was a fast causal restaurants that was located in the Midwest of the United States. Trios Di Tuscanos was operated by Marsh Supermarkets. To my knowledge all Trios locations closed when Marsh Supermarkets went out of business years ago.
True Value:
Quick History: True Value can be traced back to the year 1948. It eventually started being called True Value Hardware and has over 4,500 locations around the world. It is still in operation as of December of 2021.
Trust Worthy Hardware:
Quick History: Trustworthy Hardware is indeed a real company. I know that they had a few different locations throughout the United States. The one that I remember when I was younger was located in Waynesville, North Carolina. However, I had a very difficult time finding much information about this company. I do know that it operated for nearly forty years as of 2020 due to a news article that I found in reference to the company about a location that was closing down in 2020. In the news article it referenced the Trust Worthy Hardware store that was located in Laconia, NH would be closing down after nearly forty years in its current location.
Tubby's:
Quick History: Tubby's is indeed a real company that was first founded in the year 1968. As of the year 2023 the company has more then 70 stores that are located mostly within Michigan. As of October of 2024 the company is still in business.
