Welcome to the Christmas Villages page that has all of the villages that start with the letter:

Ed Sullivan Theater:

Quick History: The Ed Sullivan Theater is located in Manhattan, New York.  This theater has been here since 1927.  However, it finally became known as the Ed Sullivan Theater in December of 1967 in honor of Ed Sullivan's show.  It is still in operation as the Ed Sullivan Theater as of October of 2022.

Eckerd Pharmacy:

Quick History: Eckerd Pharmacy was a pharmacy that operated within the USA for many years.  It was eventually partially sold to CVS in 2004.  The locations that CVS purchased were rebranded as CVS locations.  Then in 2007 the rest of the locations were sold to Rite Aid, and those locations were rebranded to Rite Aid locations.  As a result, there are no Eckerd Pharmacy still operating within the United States.

There have been many versions of Eckerd Pharmacy that were produced.  To be honest, I am not sure if I have them all listed.  If you have a different version then please send me pictures so I can include it on the website.  My e-mail is Titus86@gmail.com

Elf on the Shelf:

Quick History: Elf on the Shelf is indeed a real book that was released in 2005.  Although this piece is not a real piece the company is and it was decided to add this to the website since it is a real company.

Elias Bros Big Boy:

Quick History: Elias Bros (John, Louis, and Fred) were the first people to open up a franchise of a Big Boy or Bob's.  They purchased a franchise in order to convert their current restaurant that they had operated which was called Dixie Drive.  The first restaurant that they opened with the name Elias Bros Big Boy was located in Hazel Park, MI.  By 1964 Elias Brothers Big Boy had opened up 100 restaurants with the name Elias Brothers Big Boy throughout both Michigan and Ohio.  The Elias Brothers Big Boy operated until 2000 when it filed for bankruptcy.  At that point it was bought out and renamed to just Big Boys.

Note: This village was made my Lefton which was meant for HO trains.  However, many village collectors add these pieces into their villages because they are close in scale to some other brands of Christmas villages.

Empire Diner:

Quick History: Empire diner is a restaurant that is located in New York City.  It first opened on February 20th 1976 (Leap Day).  It was opened for many years and first closed in May of 2010.  It was then reopened in 2014 under the same name of Empire Diner and is still opened as of December of 2021.

Note: This village was made my Lefton which was meant for HO trains.  However, many village collectors add these pieces into their villages because they are close in scale to some other brands of Christmas villages.

Emporium :
